How is Anny Rates priced?
All plans are priced per comp set and include 1 client hotel plus 5 competitors. Additional competitors are priced from the Plan: $3.50/month on Starter, $6.50/month on Core, and $13.50/month on Pro. You only move up a tier as you need more frequent rate shopping updates or API integration. There's no setup fee and no enterprise contract.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month, and pricing is agreed up front with no implementation fee. Anny Rates is meant to pay for itself in a single corrected rate.
What counts as a comp set?
A comp set includes 1 client hotel and 5 competitors in the base Plan. You can add more competitors for the tier-specific monthly price shown during setup. If you manage several client hotels, each client hotel and its competitors represents one comp set.
Which plans include API access?
Core and Pro include API access and CSV export so you can push comp-set rates into your PMS or revenue tool. Starter includes CSV export.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. You can upgrade from Starter to Core or Pro to get more frequent shopping runs as your pricing adjustments become more frequent. Your history and comp set details migrate automatically.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. You define your property and comp set, and Anny Rates starts monitoring the market the same day. It is useful from your first report, on any plan.
